Through this document, the board of MANITEK Recuperaciones, S.L. is presenting our Quality Policy to our employees and other stakeholders. It is based on the restoration of cutting tools, the machining of specimens and made-to-order parts and it is appropriate for the purpose and context of our organisation, presented in a way that is understandable and builds awareness, to provide greater satisfaction to our customers.
 
Our Quality Management System, based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard, is one of the key priorities of MANITEK Recuperaciones, S.L., including a commitment to meet all applicable requirements and, with this in mind, our board has developed an approach that engages with and involves all areas, people and processes.
 
Quality and its improvement are the responsibility of everyone who is a part of the company and we are focused on and geared towards satisfying our customers through an organisation-wide commitment to meet our customers’ needs and requirements and the legal and regulatory requirements associated with our activity.
 
One of our main goals is to be competitive in costs, service quality and profitability, based on a change of mindset among the organisation’s different areas and continuous improvement, through the creative involvement of people and technological innovation.
